S.HOLMES CHAPTER 1

Holmes and Watson were at their breakfast table and suddenly a young man came to him for help, the young was charged with murder.

1. I like the part of suspense in which the young  arrives.

2. I dislike the part where the inspector arrives to arrest the young because he had not finished telling the facts to Holmes.

3. The most important word in this part is: murder, because it is the subject of the new case to Holmes and Watson.

4.I was reminded of the frequent themes of murder and possible murderers that appear in the news.

5. Holmes opened his newspaper in a lazy way and started to read. pag 1
They heard a loud knock at the street door downstairs. pag1.
The police think that there has been a murder. pag4.
I was in terrible trouble. pag5

6. I wonder if the young man is telling the truth and if Holmes and Watson will help to young.

7. It is interesting text and I'm curious to know if the young McFarlane murdered to Mr Oldacre. I wonder: How Holmes and Watson solve this new case?
